Our products are guaranteed for 2 years. The products of d & n leather goods are subject to constant quality controls in production. If you still have a complaint of your product within the 2-year warranty period, a complaint is only limited to manufacturing defects or material defects of the product. For improper use, normal wear / tear or damage caused by third parties (eg flight damage), the warranty is excluded. The 2-year warranty period starts from the date of purchase (proof of purchase).
